15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes arising shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts. Regulatory complaints may also be escalated to the CBN Consumer Protection Department or Nigeria Data Protection Commission where applicable.
