Simply add your desired items to your cart, select “Buy Now, Pay Later” at checkout, complete the short loan form, and submit.
2. How long does loan approval take?
Most approvals happen within minutes for eligible customers. Some applications may require a brief manual review.
3. What happens after my loan is approved?
Once approved, your order is immediately processed for dispatch or pickup, and your repayment plan begins as scheduled.
4. How do I track my loan and repayments?
You can monitor your loan balance and repayment schedule using the Grants MFB Mobile App or by contacting our customer service team.
5. Can I pay off my loan early?
Yes! Early repayments are allowed. You can pay off your balance through the app, USSD code (*5595#), or at any Grants MFB branch.
